Meditation to support pcos

Meditation: Reconnecting with Your Body


Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth.


As you breathe, bring your awareness to your body. Notice your heartbeat, your breath, the rhythm of your energy. Whisper softly to yourself, “My body is wise. My body is healing.”


Imagine a soft golden light flowing through you, starting at the crown of your head and moving down through your body. This light brings warmth, balance, and harmony to every cell.


As it moves through your womb space, visualise it gently soothing and restoring balance. Feel gratitude for your body, even if it doesn’t always feel easy. Say to yourself, “I am learning to trust my body again. I am safe in my body.”


Stay here for a few moments, breathing in peace and exhaling tension. When you’re ready, open your eyes and take a moment to write down what you felt.

What does my body need from me today?

How can I show my body more compassion and patience?

What beliefs about my body am I ready to release?

What would it feel like to fully trust my body’s wisdom?

What small daily ritual can I create to honour my healing journey?
